I’ve spent many years in the dental field and in education, supporting patients and guiding students. That mix of hands-on care and teaching has shaped how I work today—patient-focused, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to make therapy clear, approachable, and supportive.
I care deeply about helping people feel seen and understood. Everyone’s starting from a different place, and I try to meet each person where they’re at, working together to build habits that make a lasting difference.
When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll find me with my partner, our young daughter, and our Bernedoodle, Bodey—usually outdoors, on an adventure, or enjoying a quiet day together. I also love scuba diving and exploring the shipwrecks along the St. Lawrence River.
I’m really looking forward to working with you!
